All digital products are non-refundable once access or download has been provided.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Physical Products (Paperback Books)
Physical products fulfilled through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s return and refund policies, which govern eligibility, timeframes, and processing.
JeffHap.com does not process refunds directly for physical products purchased via Amazon.
