Commissioned Work

I accept a limited number of commissions for one-of-a-kind original paintings.

Commissioned work is based on size, color direction, and overall complexity. Each piece is created by hand and is an original interpretation rather than an exact replica of any existing work.

While the overall style and intent are preserved, variations in color, texture, and composition are inherent to the process and should be expected.

Typical timelines range from 2–6 weeks from concept approval to completion.

Neutrals

The Parting Original Mixed Media     24 × 36

Layered plaster, stone, fabric, and gold acrylic create a quiet moment of revelation. Two textured forms separate to reveal warm light beneath the surface, while the surrounding stones represent the countless details that shape a life.

Quiet Currents
Plaster on Canvas
36x48

This work explores movement through texture rather than color. Repeated gestures form shifting fields that move between order and interruption. Subtle changes in pattern create a sense of flow, pause, and redirection. The surface invites close viewing, where light and shadow become active elements of the composition.

Plume
Acrylic and Sand
18x24

A single black form rises from a textured bone-white ground, part figure, part seedling, part bird taking off. Two small discs of antique gold sit in opposition, upper right and lower left, holding the composition in quiet diagonal tension. The form is gestural but deliberate, the negative space doing as much work as the shape itself. Restraint as a statement.

Veiled Texture
Plaster/cloth on Canvas
36x48

An abstract mixed‑media piece that blends raised, embossed surface textures with draped fabric strips in a diagonal composition, evoking the interplay between soft organic forms and structured materiality, rendered entirely in monochromatic white to emphasize tactile depth and subtle contrast.

Convergence
Acrylic on Canvas
30x40

Bold black forms and razor thin lines create a visual rhythm that feels both structured and spontaneous. The composition invites the eye to move across the canvas, discovering moments where precision and imperfection intersect. Negative space becomes as important as the shapes themselves, creating balance through contrast and tension through repetition.

Convergence
Acrylic /Sand on Canvas
18x24

A sand textured geometric background creates the illusion of depth, drawing the eye toward a fluid yin and yang at the center. The rigid black and white forms represent structure and certainty, while the marbled circular design introduces movement, unpredictability, and transformation. Together, they illustrate the balance between opposing forces, not as rivals, but as partners that define one another.

Coastal

Blue Divide
Acrylic /Plaster on Canvas
36x48

This piece centers on a vertical passage of layered blue and white that moves through textured fields of repeating marks. The surrounding patterns establish rhythm and stability, while the central form introduces depth and fluid motion. Subtle shifts in tone and surface create a sense of quiet separation and flow.

Tidewater
Acrylic /Plaster on Canvas
16x20

A tonal study in movement. Built up in heavy textural relief, Tidewater renders a single dusty blue across raised, sculptural ridges that catch and release light depending on where you stand and how the room is lit. There is no focal point and no narrative. The piece reads as water, sand ripples, or wind on snow depending on the viewer. That ambiguity is the point.

Tidal Lines
Acrylic on Canvas
16x20

This painting moves through layered fields of blue and white, shaped by flowing currents and rhythmic motion. Thin gold lines trace across the surface like quiet markers, creating structure within the turbulence. The work balances energy and calm through texture, depth, and continuous movement.

Seafoam
Acrylic /Plaster on Canvas
36x48

A breaking wave caught at the moment of collapse, built in thick impasto so the curl reads as sculpture as much as image.

The body runs through teal, seafoam, and white, scored with directional strokes that pull the eye into the barrel. Overhead the spray bursts in bone white against a soft overcast sky. A familiar ocean subject rendered with enough surface and depth

to hold a wall on its own.

Abstract

Rip in Time
Acrylic /on Canvas
24x36

A tear opens across a turbulent blue field. The surrounding atmosphere churns in storm grays and deep blue, threaded with thin gold veins like fracture lines in glass. At the center, an almond-shaped rift splits open to reveal something else entirely: a dense, marbled interior of magenta, black, and pearl, laced with fine filaments and edged in gold. It reads as a wound, an eye, a portal, a fault line between two states. The eye cannot decide whether it is looking through the surface or into it.

Emergence in Electric Tide Acrylic /on Canvas 24x48

A bright, ghostlike center pushes forward through layers of saturated blues, greens, and molten orange cells, creating the sense of something being revealed rather than painted. The vertical movement gives it lift, through water and light.

Fault Lines
Acrylic on Canvas
18x24

This painting moves through layered fields of blue and white, shaped by flowing currents and rhythmic motion. Thin gold lines trace across the surface like quiet markers, creating structure within the turbulence. The work balances energy and calm through texture, depth, and continuous movement.

Renewal
Acrylic/Plaster on Canvas
18x24

Organic forms weave across a soft aqua background, creating a sense of movement and growth. Textured white, gold, and teal ribbons flow through fields of raised, leaf-like patterns, suggesting branches, blossoms, or roots reaching toward one another. The layered textures and fluid lines give the painting both energy and serenity, inviting the viewer to pause and explore its intricate details.

Renewal is a celebration of nature's quiet resilience.

Conversations Without Words
Acrylic on Canvas
24x36

Conversations Without Words explores the silent connection between two souls. Through bold black lines, flowing organic forms, and a vibrant palette of warm earth tones, cool blues, soft grays, and gentle pinks, the composition suggests a dialogue that doesn't rely on language. The two abstract figures appear both separate and intertwined, reflecting how relationships are built through presence, emotion, and understanding rather than spoken words.

Radiance
Acrylic/Foil on Canvas
24x36

Sweeping black forms flow across a luminous field of gold, meeting in moments of quiet convergence that suggest movement, balance, and connection. The rich metallic surface reflects light differently throughout the day, bringing the painting to life with shifting depth and brilliance.

Geometric

Kaleidoscope of Becoming
Acrylic/Resin on Canvas 18x24

A central cross-like form anchors the composition, surrounded by vibrant fractured shapes that feel like stained glass in motion. The circular patterns and sharp geometry create a rhythm between chaos and control, as if transformation is happening in real time. It’s about identity forming through fragments, beauty emerging through complexity, and the quiet order hidden inside bold expansion

Signal Thru Fracture
Acrylic on Canvas 18x24

Angular shapes feel suspended mid-flight, layered with metallic textures that suggest memory, impact, and transformation. A single circular focal point acts like a beacon, pulling scattered fragments into alignment. The soft neutral background gives the piece space to breathe, while the sharp geometry creates tension, direction, and quiet energy. It’s about disruption, and the strange beauty of finding structure inside it.

Orbit in
Silence

Acrylic on Canvas 18x24

This piece explores balance through geometry, contrast, and restraint. Layered circles float like quiet planets, while sharp linear forms anchor the composition with structure and tension. The grayscale palette keeps the focus on shape, rhythm, and negative space. It feels architectural and emotional at the same time, a study of motion held inside stillness.
